The original loop for Nothing You Can Do started with a Massive synth chord preset that was slightly detuned. I built on drums, a percussion, and the bassline. I was feeling the track, so when I started to craft the song and arrange it, I went back and added some softer chords, making it more soulful. While writing the song, I kept experiencing minor challenges… delays, disruptions, etc. To stay positive, I just kept telling myself there was nothing I could do about it – to just keep going and work on what I could change.
